The 2nd Plenary will be held on ther 20 May 2008, at the eve of the High Level Meeting of the OECD DAC. It will sum up the activities of Year II for high-level decision makers. Participants will be asked to focus on the theme of “Ownership” ahead of the Third High-Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness in Accra (2-4 September 2008).
