The recent efforts of the European Commission to promote Policy Coherence for Development (PCD) have been widely debated. On the EU Coherence website Françoise Moreau answers five questions about the future challenges of PCD. Françoise Moreau was in charge of the process leading to the publication of the first EU Biennial Report on PCD, that was made public in September 2007.
